Post 8: English Language Challenge

Imagen
Finally the last post! I'm a little tired and exhausted but I enjoyed the English class. In general, I use English in college as a tool for my future job because I hope to travel to another country and I'm going to need English proficiency.       Currently, I can cross the typical line of "I can understand everything they are trying to tell me but I can't respond to anything. And now, I should answer a lot of things and they could understand me but obviously my accuracy is not very precise and accurate. However, I feel hope and conviction as confidence to speak in English and I will speak very well with time as the best teacher.      I think I should train my conjugation because I manage the differences between past, present and future sentences. But when I have to apply it I usually fail in some things. I intend to train that with movies and series, watching those movies/series only in English (without subtittles) and paying attention to how they tell their sen

Post 7: Changes to my study programme

It is always good to have feedback, maybe a little bit is enough. Especially in my career, the planning is too young and new and this makes a lot of mistakes while the student gets into the duration of the career.         While we were studying, the department built a new green area near our classroom (I invented a nickname for it, it is called "La Jaimo" in honor of the professor who managed it. hahaha). I understand that they can't do more for the infrastructure because it's an old tower in the heart of Santiago. That's fine with me.       I suggest changing the focus of science from mandatory to optional. We need more stability in the department because they have a lot of turnover in positions. I recommend more practice and less theory because when we will work in our areas we will know a lot but we will not be able to put it into practice and this makes us insecure as a professional person.  They should reevaluate the structure of the curriculum. We have

Post 6: Time travel to the past or the future

I wouldn't want to choose between traveling to the past or the future because nothing guarantees that you can go back to your timeline and I hate time paradoxes. This issue makes me unable to enjoy time travel. If I had to choose one of them, it would be the past because I would try to fix this world with all the big mistakes in history, for example the nuclear bomb, ecology, making the world more sustainable and I would like to travel to the future to see if anything changed.  I should go with my sister because she is a beautiful person and if I want to change this disastrous world I think she is the right person for this task. And we fell in love with physical science, especially quantum science and she can stop me from making a paradox since she is so careful with me however I don't think of another person to make this trip. And we could make the time machine to come back to own time. Sorry, this is a paradox. If we can broke the loop, after of try to save the world we woul

Post 5: My future job

Hello everyone, this time it's my turn to post about my future job. I am studying Sound Engineering and I would like to be a music producer or music artist. I hope to be one of the best in this industry and to be able to share my experience with the new generations and motivate them to take a risk and try to make a living from music.  On the other hand, sound is complex, it has a lot of mathematical, physical and psychological issues and that's amazing. I would like to do a specialization in musicology, specifically in music and musical interaction in the mind and the emotional theme.  I think my work is good indoors, because we need a good "product" and this product is built in the studio. With hours and hours to make a better sound and that take a lot of time. However, if I were famous, I would travel a lot. Imagine you work for the biggest record label in the world, you won't have time because all your time has to be dedicated to travel, records, shows and mark
